We don't ask you to create an account
You can use every part of Career Comeback without signing up. We don't ask for your name, email address or employer.
Your assessment answers
Answers to the career assessment and your results are saved only in your own browser's local storage, so you can come back to your plan. They are not sent to us. You can delete them at any time with “Clear and start again” on your plan page, or by clearing your browser data.
The Career Comeback Coach
When you send a message to the coach, your message, the conversation so far and, if you've done the assessment, a short summary of your results are sent to an AI service so it can reply. Please don't include personal details you wouldn't want processed this way, such as your full name, contact details or health information.
Advertising
We use Google AdSense to show adverts, which helps keep the site free. Google and its partners may use cookies to show adverts based on your visits to this and other websites. You can manage personalised adverts in Google's Ad Settings. See our cookie policy for details.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR) you have rights over personal data held about you, including access and deletion. As we don't hold accounts or store assessment answers, in most cases there is nothing for us to retrieve. Questions can be sent via our contact page.
